ABOUT THE ARTIST

Hello! My name is Sylva and I am a Pagan illustrator living in Worcestershire, England. I studied art and illustration at Hereford College of Arts where I was awarded a first class honours degree.

 

My watercolour paintings explore the haunting and enchanting realm of Pagan folklore and the magic of the natural world in a stained glass style. I hope to highlight the beauty of our natural world and why it is so important we protect it, so that future generations can also be inspired by its mystery.

In my spare time I love to go on long nighttime walks finding ghosts, reading and learning about ancient folklore and playing my Celtic harp.
